Kevin Melville: Managing Director
Kevin has had extensive experience throughout the broad electrical spectrum during his 26 years in the trade. He has initiated and implemented various successful systems and protocols as managing director of NME for the past 20 years.
Paul Barrett: Contracts Manager Electrical Service
Paul's six years with NME belie his 25 years experience running and managing electrical, maintenance and service companies. Paul has extensive experience on large construction projects and implementing and supervising maintenance programs and systems.
Martin Wallis: Project Manager
Marty has been with NME for 11 years. He is very successful at running medium to large scale projects. He is a great asset to the team as he has worked for us from an apprenticeship level through to where he is now. Marty still believes he should be playing premier rugby for Hutt Old Boys Marist.
Mark Payne: Project Manager
Mark runs large scale projects like the Summerset Retirement Village development at Aotea. Mark has come to NME from England and is a great asset to the NME team.
Barry Murphy: Project Manager
Barry has been with NME for the past 7 years and has already proven himself as a leadlng site foreman. His recent projects include the Supreme Court redevelopment. Barry Is a former Irish fishing champion.
Robyn Picken: Office Manager
Robyn is the glue that holds the NME office together. Her fifteen years experience with the company ensure strong office systems are kept running smoothly and efficiently.
Debbie McAlister: Call Centre Manager
Debbie has been with NME for just on 7 years, initially employed as an office administrator. Her role has grown as the company's facilities maintenance portfolio grew. She is now in charge of NME's call centre. Her pleasant and friendly phone manner and efficiency ensures all calls are logged and processed through to completion of the job.
Trish Theobald: Office Manager
Trish ran the Auckland office with scalpel sharp accuracy and precision for five years and we are now pleased to have those skills in our Wellington office. As well as running nation wide maintenance contracts she looks after a range of jobs, each integral with the smooth operation of a busy office. Her friendly demeanour makes her easy to deal with and she takes pride in delivering efficient office systems to clients.
Evan Sayer: Company Accountant
Evan is the company accountant for NME Group. He has had an established career in accounting and brings vast experience to NME. Evan is also an IT consultant which proves invaluable in relation to NME's systems and orchestrations. Evan also plays a mean jazz trombone.
DAVE WONG: PROJECT MANAGER
David has been with NME Electrical for 5 years. He started as an apprentice and has worked his way up to become one leading project managers. He is well respected with the team and the industry. He has high completion standards and this reflects in all his projects.
Tony O'Connell: Managing Director
Tony has been in the HVAC/Electrical industry for 15 years and is dual trade qualified as both an Electrician and Refrigeration/Air Conditioning engineer. He has been with NME for nine years developing and strengthening the Mechanical arm of the company. He has been involved in project management and service management with multinationals companies, covering many aspects of the HVAC industry specialising in Building Services and Refrigeration.
Matt Nolan: Manager - Mechanical
Matt has 33 years experience in the HVAC industry, and is well respected. Matt has been involved with large scale projects such as Centrepoint tower and the Masonic center in Sydney and a variety of major projects within the Wellington region. He has been with NME for 8 years utilising his vast knowledge and experience to project manage contracts for our top clients.
Hayden Phillips: Project Manager
Hayden has been at NME for 8 years. He is a trade qualified HVAC engineer and produces a high level of finished product. Completed projects Include 181 Wakefield Street and Shelly BMW.
Joel Pullen: Site manager
Joel Pullen has been with NME for 2 years. He one of our site forman. He brings a strong engineering background to the company. Joel has completed, to a very high standard, Pipitea Plaza and BRANZ refurbishment.
Laini has been at NME for 5 years. He is a trade qualified HVAC engineer specialising in Water Reticulation Systems. Completed projects Indude Trentham Plaza and Hutt Hospital Breast Screening.
Chris Finau has been with NME for 1 year. He's one of our senior site forman. He brings a strong HVAC background and a solid work ethic to the company. Chris has completed, to a very high standard, Vodafone Office Fitouts and Riddiford Apartments.
Aaron has over 15 years experience managing specialised commercial projects. He has been with NME for the past 10 years and is constantly working on furthering and strengthening an already reliable company.
Wayne Smith: Contracts Manager
Wayne's experience and expertise continue to be a real asset. Wayne is one of the leading contract managers in Auckland having managed numerous large scale projects. Wayne has a wealth of knowledge garnered in his 25 years in the trade, and to him - on time, to budget and finished to a high level are a bare minimum. Wayne is a family man, who is also a volunteer fireman in his district.
Gail Sawell: Office Administrator
Gail is NME Auckland's newest employee. Her friendly phone manner is the first point of call when you ring the office ensuring your enquiries are dealt with smoothly and efficiently. Gail brings with her vast experience in the administration sector which allows her to manage office procedures professionally and competently.
