NME Group has been delivering electrical contracting maintenance services to the Wellington region for over twenty years.
Originally founded as Nev Mellon Electrical the company has grown into an electrical, telecommunications, and mechanical contracting facilities maintenance business. We now cover anywhere in New Zealand with offices in Wellington and Auckland.
To bring the family of businesses together NME was formed in 2004. With over 15 years in the service industry NME has provided planned and responsive building maintenance works for:

With a 24 hour, seven day a week call-out service provided, all after hours emergencies are taken care of. NME can assure its clients that their needs will be met with the highest response and efficiency.
Our team is ready to respond at a moment's notice. With ninety trade and ten administrative staff, all of which have been fully trained and receive ongoing training and support, we feel confident of meeting all of our client's requirements.
Technical Skills
Within
our diverse team of qualified trade staff we have accumulated many
years of expertise and knowledge in all aspects of the facilities
maintenance industry, from changing a fluorescent tube to automation of
pumping stations, programmable controls, security systems and planned
preventative maintenance programmes.
Office Systems
We
regularly upgrade our IT and accounting systems to enhance both our
ability to report on and track jobs and strengthen our internal
controls and processes.
The management team and customer liaisons regularly review this information to ensure our internal and external targets are being met or bettered.
We ensure our customers meet a person at the end of the phone line rather than a voicemail system. We believe this is indicative of the way we develop and maintain our customer relations.
We provide extensive financial reports to each customer's specific requirements including customised reports by way of dollar value, cost centres, order numbers or indeed any configuration that will encompass all invoicing and reporting needs.
